Free Pro Rewards Program Terms
Effective date: November 5, 2026
These terms explain how you can get free SweepTakers Pro time (the "Rewards Program"). They are part of our Terms of Service. "We" means Evolve Group LLC.
Pro Rewards are earned, not won
Every eligible action earns the reward stated below. There are no drawings, random selection, or odds, and nothing depends on chance. Rewards are free Pro time or, if you pay for Pro, a credit toward your subscription charges (see "If you pay for Pro" below). They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money or anything else, and are never refunded.
Free Pro time never turns into a paid subscription. You never need a payment card to receive it, and when it runs out your account simply returns to the free plan. You are charged only if you separately subscribe and agree to be charged at checkout under our Subscription Terms.
Who can take part
Any member in good standing who meets the eligibility rules in our Terms of Service (18 or older and the age of majority where you live, and a US resident). Each person may have only one account, so each person can receive the welcome month only once.
Ways to earn free Pro time
| How | Reward | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome month. Create a SweepTakers account | 30 days of Pro, starting when your account is created. No payment card required | Once per person |
| Giveaway submissions. Submit a sweepstakes we approve, when yours is the first submission of it and it meets the reward requirements below | 1 free month (30 days) of Pro for each, delivered as described in "If you pay for Pro" | No monthly limit. You can hold up to 90 days of free Pro at a time |
| Referrals. Someone new to SweepTakers creates their first account with your referral link and then pays for Pro for the first time (see "Referrals" below) | 1 free month (30 days) of Pro for you, and 1 for them, each delivered as described in "If you pay for Pro" | No limit on how many people you refer. You can hold up to 90 days of free Pro at a time |
We may also give free Pro time at our discretion, for example to make up for a problem with the Service. We no longer give rewards for form templates.
Referrals
Your link. Your referral link is on your Invite friends page. When someone opens it, our website remembers it in their browser for 30 days (see our Cookie Policy).
When a referral counts. A referral counts when the person creates their first SweepTakers account with your link within those 30 days, then subscribes to Pro, and their first payment goes through. Their welcome month doesn't count: only a paid subscription does. Then you each get a free month (30 days) of Pro, delivered as described in "If you pay for Pro" below: a credit toward your next charge if you pay for Pro, otherwise free Pro time. In that section, "when we approve a submission" means, for a referral, "when the referral counts". Each free month counts toward the limit on free time you can hold, and days that don't fit are not saved for later.
What doesn't count. Your own other accounts or email addresses (we treat addresses that reach the same mailbox, such as one with a "+" tag or, at Gmail, with dots, as the same person's); someone who already had an account; an account created without your link; or a link opened more than 30 days before the account was created.
Creator links. If you join with a creator's link (from someone in our creator program), you get the free month as above. The creator is paid under their creator agreement instead of getting a free month.
Sharing your link. You may share your link with people you know and on your own pages and social media accounts. When you share it publicly, say that you get a reward for it, for example: "I get a free month of SweepTakers Pro if you join with my link." Don't send it as spam or unsolicited messages, don't post it where the rules of the site or group don't allow it, don't pay to promote it using our name (for example, by bidding on our name in search results), and don't present it as an official SweepTakers offer. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies.
What "approved" means
A giveaway submission is approved when we review it and publish it in our feed. To be approved, it must:
- be a real sweepstakes, contest, or giveaway that is open when we review it;
- be open to US residents;
- link to Official Rules on the sponsor's own website, a campaign site the sponsor links to, the company that runs the promotion for the sponsor, or a giveaway platform;
- require no purchase to enter, or offer a free way to enter;
- not already be in our feed or waiting for review; and
- follow our Acceptable Use Policy: accurate facts in your own words, no personal information, no referral or affiliate links, and no scams or lead-generation schemes.
We decide whether a submission meets these criteria. We may reject anything that does not, and we do not have to publish anything. We may also limit how many submissions you can send per day.
Reward requirements
First submission only. Only the first submission of a sweepstakes can earn a reward. Which submission came first is decided by the time our servers received it. While a submission of a sweepstakes is waiting for review, later submissions of it are refused or rejected as duplicates. If we reject the first one, a later submission can still earn the reward. A sweepstakes we had already published, even one that has since ended, is not new.
To earn a free month, an approved submission must also:
- have had at least 7 days left before its end date, as stated in its Official Rules, when you submitted it;
- offer prizes worth at least $100 in total under its Official Rules;
- be open to residents of all but at most 5 US states;
- offer a free way to enter online (a web form or email); and
- come from someone not connected to the sponsor, its agency, or the company that runs the promotion for it (see "Sponsor connections" below).
Your account must also be at least 7 days old when you submit, and have a confirmed email address by the time we approve your submission.
An approved submission that doesn't meet these requirements is still published, but it doesn't earn a reward. We tell you why on your Submit a giveaway page.
When these requirements start. The requirements above, and the limit on free time you can hold (see below), apply to submissions you send on or after the date stated in our notice of these changes, which is at least 30 days after we send the notice. A submission you sent before that date earns a free month if we approve it as the first submission of the sweepstakes and you are not connected to the sponsor; requirements 1 to 4 and the confirmed-email and account-age requirements don't apply to it. The limit on free time you can hold applies to it only once you have received 4 submission rewards in the calendar month (UTC) in which we approve it.
Sponsor connections. When you submit, we ask whether you work for, represent, or are paid by the sponsor, its agency, or the company that runs the promotion for it. Connected submissions are welcome and may be listed for free, but they never earn a reward. If you don't tell us about a connection, we may reverse the reward and treat it as abuse of the Rewards Program.
How free Pro time works
- Reward days are calendar days. They start counting as soon as they are added to your account, whether or not you use Pro.
- If you already have free Pro time running, new reward days are added after it ends, so they stack.
- Free Pro time you already have, such as your welcome month, runs alongside a paid subscription. It does not pause, delay, reduce, or credit any subscription charge. If you cancel a subscription, any free Pro time that lasts beyond the end of your paid period keeps Pro on until it runs out. (A free month you earn while you pay for Pro is applied as a credit instead; see "If you pay for Pro" below.)
- Free Pro time ends if your account is closed.
If you pay for Pro. If you have a paid Pro subscription when we approve a submission that earns a free month, we apply the free month as a credit toward your next charge, instead of adding free time that would run alongside the time you pay for. We add the credit to your billing account with our payment processor, Stripe, up to 14 days before the charge it pays, and Stripe uses it automatically for that charge. On a monthly plan, the credit equals that whole charge, including any sales tax, so you pay nothing for that month and Pro continues as usual. If you pay yearly, the credit equals one-twelfth of your next yearly charge and reduces that charge. If a charge doesn't use all of a credit, the rest is used toward your following charges. If you earn more than one free month, we apply them one at a time, each to a different charge, and if a charge is already free, for example because of a discount, the credit waits for the next charge you would pay. When we add a credit, we email you which charge it pays. On a monthly plan, that email also tells you when your charges resume. While your subscription is renewing normally (it isn't set to end, no payment is overdue and its payments aren't paused), we also email you about 7 days before they resume, unless another free month of yours pays that charge too (we then email you about that free month instead) or your billing date has changed since we added the credit, so that your next charge is no longer on the date that email gave. If your subscription is set to end, or a payment is overdue, when we approve the submission, we don't change your subscription: we add the free month as free Pro time instead, starting when your paid period ends if your subscription is set to end. If that happens after we approve the submission but before we add the credit, the free month waits: we apply it as a credit once your subscription is renewing normally again, or add it as free Pro time when your paid subscription ends. If your subscription ends, or is set to end, after we add a credit but before the charge it pays, we take that unused credit back, and the free month waits in the same way. For rewards, this paragraph controls if our Subscription Terms say anything different.
Limit on free time you can hold. You can hold up to 90 days of unused free Pro at a time. This counts all of your free Pro time (welcome month, rewards, and time we give you), plus 30 days for each free month waiting to be applied as a credit or added as a credit for a charge that hasn't happened yet and, for a free month already applied to a charge, the days left in the month it covers. If we add a free month as free Pro time (you don't pay for Pro, or your subscription is set to end or a payment is overdue) and all 30 days would take you over the limit, we add only the whole days that fit. If we apply it as a credit instead (see "If you pay for Pro" above), it can't be split: we apply it only when all 30 days fit, and if they don't, that submission earns nothing, not even the days that would fit. If nothing fits, the approved submission is still published but doesn't earn a reward. Days that don't fit are not saved for later.
What we never reward
We never give rewards for reviews or ratings of SweepTakers, in the Chrome Web Store or anywhere else, for posts about us, or for entering sweepstakes.
Talking about us
If you post about SweepTakers after receiving free Pro, please say so, for example: "I get free SweepTakers Pro for submitting giveaways." If the post includes your referral link, say you get a reward for people who join with it (see "Referrals" above). We never reward posts, reviews, or ratings: a referral reward is for a person who joins and pays, not for the post.
Abuse and reversals
We may refuse, reverse, or remove rewards, and may suspend or close accounts under our Terms of Service, if we reasonably believe someone has tried to abuse the Rewards Program, for example by using more than one account, referring themselves, submitting fake, copied, misleading, or duplicate listings, not telling us about a connection to the sponsor, spamming a referral link, or otherwise breaking these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Reversing a reward. Within 30 days after we approve a submission, we may reverse its reward if the listing turns out to be a duplicate we missed, fake, a scam, or misleading, or to come from someone connected to the sponsor or from more than one account belonging to the same person. Within 30 days after a referral counts, we may reverse its rewards if the payment that made it count is refunded or disputed, or the two accounts turn out to belong to the same person, or the link was shared against these terms. Reversing removes the reward's unused free days, or the free month if it is still waiting to be added to your billing account as a credit. We tell you why on your Submit a giveaway page (for a submission) or by email (for a referral). We never charge you to recover a reward you have already used.
Changes to the Rewards Program
We may change or end the Rewards Program, or change the rewards, with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service. Rewards you have already earned will be honored.
