Creator Program Terms

Effective date: November 5, 2026

These terms apply if we accept you into the SweepTakers Creator Program (the "Creator Program"), which pays creators who publish about sweepstakes a commission on the members they bring us. They are part of our Terms of Service, and our Free Pro Rewards Program Terms apply to the members who join with your link. "We" means Evolve Group LLC.

Joining

You need a SweepTakers account to apply, and you must meet the eligibility rules in our Terms of Service. Apply on our Creator Program page. We review every application by hand and may accept or decline it for any reason. If we accept it, the referral link on your Invite friends page becomes your creator link. You can leave the Creator Program at any time by emailing support@evolve-group-llc.com, and we may end your participation at any time; commissions you have already earned under these terms are still paid unless "Commissions we don't pay" below applies.

What the people you refer get

Someone who creates their first SweepTakers account with your creator link, and then pays for Pro for the first time, gets a free month of Pro under our Rewards Program Terms. You don't get the free month a member gets for a referral; you earn a commission instead.

Your commission

  • 25% of what each member you refer pays us for Pro in their first 12 months after their first paid charge, before sales tax, less any refund. Nothing is paid on a member's welcome month or other free Pro time, on credits or discounts, or on anything a member pays after those 12 months.
  • A commission becomes payable 60 days after the charge it is for, so that refunds and payment disputes in that time can be taken into account.
  • We pay monthly, for the commissions that became payable in the previous month, by the payment method we agree with you, once they add up to at least $25. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
  • Tax information. Before we pay you, we may ask for your tax details, such as a Form W-9, and we may report payments to tax authorities as the law requires. You are responsible for your own taxes.
  • Our records decide. Commissions are worked out from our records of who joined with your link and what they paid. If you think a commission is missing, tell us within 60 days of when it would have been payable.

How you must promote us

These rules protect the people who follow you, and they are required by the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. Breaking them can end your participation and cost you commissions (see "Commissions we don't pay").

  • Say you're paid, every time, clearly. At the start of each post, video, livestream, or message that mentions SweepTakers, say that you earn a commission, in plain words, for example "I earn a commission if you join SweepTakers with my link." In a video, say it out loud and show it on screen, and repeat it during a livestream. A disclosure only in your bio, behind a "more" link, or among hashtags isn't enough.
  • Only true claims. You may say, for example, that SweepTakers fills your saved details into entry forms and you click Submit yourself, that it tracks your entries, and that it never sells your data. Never say or suggest that it enters sweepstakes for you automatically, that it helps anyone win or improves their odds, that it is undetectable, or that sponsors or giveaway platforms approve of it. If you talk about your own wins, don't suggest they're typical or caused by SweepTakers.
  • No paid traffic on our name. Don't bid on "SweepTakers" or similar terms in search results, don't buy promotions that use our name or logo, and don't list your link on coupon, cashback, or deal sites.
  • No spam, and follow each community's rules. Don't send your link in unsolicited messages, and don't post it in groups, forums, or comments whose rules don't allow promotion.
  • No incentives for reviews. Never offer anything for a review or rating of SweepTakers, in the Chrome Web Store or anywhere else.
  • Don't speak for us. Don't present your posts as official SweepTakers statements, and don't use our name or logo except to refer to us.

We may check your posts, ask you to change or remove one that breaks these rules, and ask you to show us your disclosures.

Commissions we don't pay

We don't pay, and may take back from future commissions, a commission for a member who joins with your link if:

  • the charge it is for is refunded or disputed;
  • the member is you, someone in your household, or another account that belongs to you;
  • the member joined through promotion that breaks "How you must promote us"; or
  • we reasonably believe the referral was fraudulent.

Changes

We may change these terms or the commission with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change doesn't affect commissions already payable.
