Billing, cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime online in Dashboard > Billing > Cancel subscription. No phone call or email needed, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.

Can't sign in? You can still cancel online. Open our secure billing portal (run by our payment processor, Stripe), enter the email you subscribed with, and cancel from the one-time link Stripe emails you.

Privacy requests

Download or delete your data yourself in Dashboard > Account, or email support@evolve-group-llc.com from the address on your account with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

We confirm requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. See Your Privacy Choices and our Privacy Policy.

Sponsors and website owners

To correct or remove a listing, stop our feed crawler, or turn autofill off for your entry pages, email support@evolve-group-llc.com from an address at your domain. We act on these requests within 24 hours.
