Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Evolve Group LLC ("SweepTakers", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website at https://sweeptakers.com, the member dashboard, the SweepTakers Chrome extension, and our emails (together, the "Service"). It also explains your choices and rights.
It does not cover the websites of sweepstakes sponsors, giveaway platforms, or listing sites, even when you reach them through the Service. Their own privacy policies apply there.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your account, the entry tracker, the autofill assistant, and billing. That's it.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We use no analytics services, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.
- Sponsors may pay to feature their own sweepstakes, labeled "Sponsored Ad". We count how often those listings are seen and opened only as daily totals, with nothing that identifies you, and sponsors get only those totals.
- Your autofill profile is used only to fill entry forms that you open and ask us to fill, or to let you copy your details into them. It is never sold and never used for advertising. You can keep it only on your own computer with the extension's local-only mode.
- When the extension needs help recognizing a form, it sends the website's hostname and descriptions of the form's fields (such as their labels and option texts) to our AI service provider. Those descriptions are the page's own text, and the extension first removes the saved details that could identify you, such as your name, email, phone number and address, where it finds them in it. It never sends your saved profile, anything typed into the form's fields, or the page's path.
- You can see, download, correct, and delete your data yourself in the dashboard, or ask us to do it.
- We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
Notice at collection
The table below lists each category of personal information we collect, where it comes from, why we use it, and how long we keep it. We use personal information only for the purposes listed for it, and for the general purposes in "How we use personal information" below. We do not sell or share any of it. More details follow the table.
| Category | What it includes | Source | Why we use it | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Account information (identifiers) | Email address and when you confirmed it; password, stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash by our authentication provider; optional display name; account ID | You | Create and secure your account, sign you in, contact you about your account | Until you delete your account |
| Agreement records | Version of the Terms you accepted and when; when you confirmed you are 18 or older; whether you opted in to marketing email | You | Show that you agreed to our Terms and are eligible; check, before the extension autofills a form or our AI field recognition answers, that you have accepted our current Terms and confirmed you are 18 or older; respect your email choices | Until you delete your account |
| Referrals (identifiers) | If you create an account with someone's referral link, or someone creates one with yours: which account referred which, the code used, when, whether the referral counted and when, and the rewards it earned; the code of a referral link you opened, kept in a cookie in your browser for 30 days. The member who shared the link sees only how many people joined with it and started paying, never who they are | You, and the member whose link you used or who used yours | Give both of you the referral reward; prevent abuse (we compare the two accounts' email addresses, with "+" tags and Gmail dots ignored, to spot one person's two accounts) | Until the account that was referred is deleted; if the referring account is deleted first, the record no longer links to it. Rewards are kept as described for free Pro time and rewards |
| Creator Program applications (identifiers, professional information) | If you apply to the Creator Program: where you publish (links or handles), your audience size, how you'd promote us, the Creator Program Terms version you accepted and when, and our decision with any note to you. If we accept you, the members who joined with your creator link and what they paid, to work out your commission; and, when we first pay you, the payout and tax details we ask you for | You; our team, when we review your application | Decide on your application, pay and report your commissions, and check that your promotion follows the Creator Program Terms | Until you delete your account; payment and tax records as long as tax law requires |
| Weekly email signups (identifiers) | If you sign up for our weekly email of new sweepstakes with the box on our website: your email address; whether and when you confirmed it; when we sent you the confirmation link (we store the link only as a one-way hash); the page you signed up on; and, if you unsubscribe, when. For each weekly email, a one-way hash of each address it went to, never the address itself | You | Send you the weekly email once you confirm your address, and only then; never email an address that unsubscribed; never send anyone the same weekly email twice | Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your address, marked as unsubscribed, so that we never email it again. A signup that is never confirmed is deleted after 30 days, and the record of which addresses received a weekly email after 90 days |
| Autofill profile (identifiers, personal characteristics and education information) | First and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address, country, date of birth, gender, social media handles (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), and default answers to common form questions. Also, if you choose to add them under "Extended fields", education details for scholarship sweepstakes (whether you are the student or a parent or guardian of the student, the student's level of study, school name and expected graduation year) and vehicle details for sweepstakes that ask for them (make, model and year). We never ask for a student's name, date of birth or contact details. Every field is optional | You | Fill entry forms that you open and ask the assistant to fill, and show your details on our copy-assist page so you can copy them into a form | Until you change or delete it, or delete your account. In the extension's local-only mode, the profile kept in the extension is never sent to us. A copy you saved in your account earlier stays there until you delete it; the extension offers to delete it when you switch to local-only mode |
| Entry tracker and favorites (limited internet activity) | For each entry: the sweepstakes, the entry page's address with any query string removed, the page title, the time, and how it was logged (extension, assisted, or manual); sweepstakes you saved as favorites | You, through our website or the extension, when you log an entry or save a favorite | Show your entry history, warn you before you exceed an entry limit, show your stats | Until you delete the entry or favorite, or your account |
| Giveaway submissions and their review | The facts about a sweepstakes you submit, an optional note to our reviewers, and your answer to "Are you connected to the sponsor?"; our review records for it: who reviewed it and when, the decision, the review checklist, our reward check, and any note to you | You; our team, when we review your submission | Review and publish listings; decide whether a submission earns a reward and tell you why | Pending or rejected submissions: until you delete your account, unless a sponsor has an open, paid or refunded invoice to feature the listing. Published listings, and a submission kept for that reason, stay after you delete your account (published ones in the feed), without any link to you and without your note to our reviewers; your answer to the sponsor question and our review records stay with the listing |
| Free Pro time and rewards | Your welcome month and other free Pro time; free Pro we give you at our discretion, with our note about it (the note is included in your data download); for each giveaway submission, whether it earned a reward and why, how many days, and any reversal and its reason; credits toward your charges if you pay for Pro | Our systems and our team | Give you free Pro time or a credit, and tell you why a submission did or did not earn one | Until you delete your account. Credits added to your billing account at Stripe also stay in Stripe's records (see "How long we keep personal information") |
| Billing information (commercial information) | Stripe customer ID; subscription status, price, currency, billing interval, billing dates, and cancellation dates. Your card details are collected by Stripe; we never see or store your card number | You, through Stripe; Stripe | Provide Pro, show your plan, send required subscription emails, handle refunds | Until you delete your account (Stripe keeps its own payment records, see below) |
| Auto-renewal consent records | When you agreed to automatic renewal; your IP address and browser user agent at that moment; the version and a fingerprint (hash) of the disclosure you saw; the price and currency; the Stripe checkout session and subscription IDs | You and your browser, at checkout | Prove that you gave express consent to automatic renewal | While your subscription runs, then until 3 years after your consent or 1 year after your subscription ends, whichever is later; deleting your account ends your subscription (for a checkout you did not finish, 3 years after your consent). Kept even if you delete your account, as described below |
| Records of subscription emails | Each subscription or reward-credit email we send you or still owe you: which email, the prices and dates it stated, and whether and when it was delivered. If our team deleted your account and that canceled your subscription, the record of the confirmation email also shows which kind of reason it gave: you asked us to, the account belongs to someone under 18, we closed it under our Terms, or another reason. If your account has no email address, the address you gave at Stripe checkout | Our systems, when they send or queue the email | Prove that we sent the notices auto-renewal laws and our terms require, and retry ones that failed | While your account exists. If you delete your account, until 3 years after each email or 1 year after the deletion, whichever is later. Kept even if you delete your account, as described below |
| Billing alerts | If we find a subscription that has no consent record: an internal alert with its Stripe subscription, customer and checkout IDs | Our systems; Stripe | Let our team look into billing problems | Until our team resolves and deletes it. If you delete your account, the alert no longer links to it |
| Records of account deletions we carry out | When our team deletes an account (for example because you or your authorized agent asked us to, because the account belongs to someone under 18, or because we close it under our Terms): the deleted account's ID, the kind of request, our note of the reason (for example, when and how the request reached us), who on our team deleted it, and when | Our team | Keep a record of the requests we handled and how; protect the Service | 24 months, then deleted. If the deletion canceled a subscription, the record of the confirmation email we sent you also shows the kind of reason, and is kept as long as other records of subscription emails |
| Form field descriptions (the page's own text, with your details removed) | When the extension asks for help recognizing an unfamiliar form (Pro): the website's hostname and, for each field it could not recognize itself, the field's label (or nearby text on the page), name, ID, type, autocomplete hint, placeholder text, accessibility label, whether it is required, its length limit, and its drop-down option texts, after the extension has removed from that text the saved details that could identify you where it finds them (see "AI field recognition" below). Never your saved profile, anything typed into the form, or the page's path | The extension | Work out which saved detail belongs in which field | Not stored by us; see "AI field recognition" below |
| Featured listing counts (not about you) | When a listing labeled "Sponsored Ad" in a list of sweepstakes has been on your screen, or you open it: the placement's ID and whether it was a view or an open. We keep only daily totals per placement, with no account ID, IP address, device or session | Your browser | Tell the sponsor who paid for the placement about how often it was seen and opened | Kept as daily totals with our record of the placement; see "Featured listing counts" below |
| Sponsor contacts (identifiers, commercial and professional information) | If you arrange a featured listing ("Sponsored Ad") with us for a sponsor: the name and billing address of the company that pays; the names, job titles and email addresses of the people who arrange the order, accept it or receive the invoice; the placement's dates and price; our invoice reference and our record of the payment; our notes about the order; and the emails about it | You, or a colleague who arranges the order with us | Arrange, invoice and report on the placement, and keep our business records | As long as we need them for the placement and for our business, tax and legal records |
| Communications | Emails you send to support@ (our support, privacy and legal mailbox) and our replies | You | Answer you, keep a record of requests | As long as needed to handle the request and keep a record of it, then deleted |
| Usage counts | Daily counts per account of AI field-recognition requests and of billing requests (starting checkout, opening the billing portal, and cancelling or resuming a subscription); for Pro members, which of the form templates our team prepares you used, and on which day | Our systems, when you use these features | Enforce daily limits, prevent abuse, and count how often each form template is used (once per member and day) | Daily counts: about 30 days. Template use: up to 3 days. Deleted sooner if you delete your account |
| Technical and security data | IP address, browser type, and request logs processed by our hosting and database providers | Your browser and the extension, automatically | Deliver the Service, keep it secure, prevent abuse | For the limited period our providers keep them |
Sensitive personal information. Your email address and password together count as account login information. We use them only to sign you in and secure your account. We do not collect Social Security, driver's license, or passport numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health information, or biometric data, and we never ask for passwords to other websites. If you choose to add your gender to your autofill profile, we use it only to fill forms you ask us to fill. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you or for any purpose that would give you a right to limit its use under California law.
No inferences or profiling. We do not build profiles about you, infer your interests, or make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Where personal information comes from
- You, when you create an account, fill in your profile, save favorites, submit giveaways, contact us, subscribe, or arrange a featured listing for a sponsor.
- Your browser and the SweepTakers extension, when you use the Service (for example, the entry tracker records an entry when you submit a form the extension filled).
- Stripe, our payment processor, which tells us whether a payment succeeded and the status of your subscription.
- Our hosting and database providers, which generate technical logs when you use the Service.
- Our team, when we review your submissions, decide rewards, give you free Pro time, or handle a request you send us.
Sweepstakes listings come from sources that license or permit our use, from members, and from our team. Listings describe promotions, not people.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- provide the Service: your account, the feed, favorites, the entry tracker, and the autofill assistant;
- fill entry forms with your autofill profile, only when you open a form and ask us to fill it, and show your saved details on our copy-assist page so you can copy them;
- show your entry history and warn you before you enter more often than a sweepstakes allows;
- check that you have accepted our current Terms and confirmed you are 18 or older before the extension autofills a form or our AI field recognition answers;
- process subscriptions, keep the records auto-renewal laws require, and send required emails such as the subscription acknowledgment, cancellation confirmations, price-change notices, annual reminders, and emails about reward credits;
- review your submissions and give you free Pro time or credits;
- arrange, invoice and report on featured listings with the sponsors who pay for them;
- keep the Service secure and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms (including abuse of the Rewards Program);
- answer your questions and requests;
- improve the Service, for example the form templates our team prepares (which never contain personal values);
- send marketing email, including our weekly email of new sweepstakes, only if you opted in (in your account, or with the signup box on our website and the confirmation link we email you), with an unsubscribe link in every message; and
- comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
We do not use your personal information for advertising, and we do not sell it, rent it, or give it to data brokers.
How we disclose personal information
Service providers. We use the companies below to run the Service. They process personal information on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us. In the past 12 months we have disclosed the categories shown to these service providers for the business purposes listed.
| Service provider | What it does for us | Categories it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase (United States) | Database, authentication, and server functions | All categories in the table above that we store, and AI field-recognition requests on their way to Anthropic |
| Vercel | Website hosting and delivery | Technical and security data; information you send or view through the website |
| Stripe | Payment processing, subscription billing, receipts, reward credits on your billing account, sales-tax calculation when we collect sales tax, and our invoices to sponsors for featured listings | Billing information, email address, your account ID, payment details you give Stripe, and the amount of any reward credit; for a featured listing, the sponsor contacts we need to invoice it: the name of the company that pays, the billing contact's email address, the listing, dates and price of the placement, and, when we collect sales tax on it, the company's billing address |
| Resend | Sending our emails: the emails our authentication provider sends (such as sign-up confirmations, password resets, sign-in links and email-change confirmations), our subscription and reward-credit emails, and our weekly email of new sweepstakes and its confirmation emails | Your email address and the content of each email, which can include sign-in links, prices and dates |
| Google (Google Workspace) | Our support mailbox, support@evolve-group-llc.com | Emails you send us and our replies, including your email address |
| Anthropic | AI field recognition | Only the website hostname and form field descriptions, with the saved details that could identify you removed from them first. Never your profile, entries, account ID, or any value typed into a form |
AI field recognition. When the extension cannot recognize some of a form's fields on its own and you are a Pro member who has accepted our current Terms and confirmed you are 18 or older, it sends the website's hostname and, for each of those fields, its label (or nearby text on the page), name, ID, type, autocomplete hint, placeholder text, accessibility label, whether it is required, its length limit, and its drop-down option texts. These descriptions are the page's own text, so they can include details the page itself shows, such as a greeting with your name or a menu listing your address. Before sending them, the extension removes the saved details that could identify you (your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, school name and social media handles) where it finds them, and any email address or long number. It can miss a detail the page writes differently from your profile (for example "J. Doe"), or something you typed earlier that the page shows again and that isn't in your profile. These go through our servers to Anthropic, our AI service provider, which returns which kind of detail belongs in each field. The extension then fills your details on your own device. The request never contains your saved profile, any value typed into the form, or the page's path, and we do not store it. Anthropic processes it under commercial terms that do not allow it to use the data to train its models.
Other disclosures. We may also disclose personal information:
- when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities;
- to protect the rights, safety, or property of our members, the public, or us, including to prevent fraud and abuse;
- to a buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy and we will tell you; and
- with your direction or consent.
Published listings. If we approve a giveaway you submitted, we publish the listing's facts in the feed. We do not publish your name or contact details with it.
Information you give sponsors. When you click Submit on a sponsor's entry form, your browser sends your entry directly to that sponsor or its giveaway platform. We do not send it and do not control what the sponsor does with it. The sponsor's privacy policy and Official Rules apply.
We do not sell or share personal information
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We have not done any of these things in the past 12 months, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16. Because of this, there is nothing you need to opt out of. Our Your Privacy Choices page explains how we handle opt-out requests and signals anyway.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of any such sale or sharing for that browser, and we show that we have honored it on our Your Privacy Choices page. We respond to "Do Not Track" signals the same way we respond to GPC.
Tracking by third parties. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Service. We use no analytics services, advertising pixels, social media plugins, or third-party trackers.
Featured listing counts. Sponsors may pay us to feature their own sweepstakes, and those listings are labeled "Sponsored Ad" (see our Sweepstakes & Affiliation Disclaimer). When one of them appears in a list of sweepstakes and has been on your screen (at least half of it, for about a second), and when you open it from that list, your browser sends our database provider the placement's ID and whether it was a view or an open, at most once each per page view. The request does not include your account or any cookie, and we store nothing in your browser for it. We add it to that placement's total for the day (UTC) and keep nothing else: no account ID, IP address, device or session. Like any request to our servers, it appears in our database provider's request logs with your IP address and browser type (see "Technical and security data" in the table above). Sponsors get only the daily totals, never information about who saw or opened their listing.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus settings your browser keeps for you on your own device. See our Cookie Policy.
The Chrome extension
The extension reads a page's form fields only on pages where you ask it to fill (by clicking its toolbar button, using its keyboard shortcut or right-click menu, or opening a sweepstakes from our website). It does not record your browsing history. Our Chrome Extension Privacy & Data Disclosure explains exactly what it reads, stores, and sends, and the permissions it uses.
Limited Use. The SweepTakers Chrome extension's use of information it collects adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use extension data only to provide and improve autofill and entry tracking. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.
How long we keep personal information
What this section says about deleting your account also applies when our team deletes it (see "Delete" and "Children" below).
- Account, agreement records, autofill profile, entries, favorites, free Pro time and rewards, and billing status: until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting your account erases them from our live database right away.
- Usage counts: daily request counts for about 30 days, and records of form-template use for up to 3 days.
- Weekly email signups: until you unsubscribe, then only your address, marked as unsubscribed, so that we never email it again. Unconfirmed signups: 30 days. Records of which addresses received a weekly email (kept as one-way hashes): 90 days.
- Backups: our database provider keeps backups for up to 30 days, after which deleted data is gone from backups too.
- Auto-renewal consent records: while your subscription runs, then until 3 years after your consent or 1 year after your subscription ends, whichever is later. Deleting your account ends your subscription. For a checkout you did not finish, 3 years after your consent. Then a daily job deletes them.
- Records of subscription emails: while your account exists. If you delete your account, until 3 years after each email or 1 year after the deletion, whichever is later; then a daily job deletes them. An email still owed when you delete your account (such as the confirmation that your subscription was canceled) is sent to your email address first. We then keep the address with that record only until the email is sent, or, if every attempt to send it fails, until the record is deleted.
- What we keep after you delete your account: the consent records and records of subscription emails described above, any billing alert about your subscription, the records of an account deletion our team carried out, and listings you submitted that are published or that a sponsor has an open, paid or refunded invoice to feature, with their review records and your answer to the sponsor question. They no longer link to your account, though our record of a deletion our team carried out keeps the deleted account's ID. The consent records, email records and billing alerts still contain Stripe's identifiers for your checkout, subscription or customer record. If you had a billing record at Stripe, it still contains your email address and our former account ID for you, so these records, including our record of the deletion, can be matched to you through Stripe. We keep these records only to prove consent and the notices we sent, to handle billing problems, to show how we handled deletion requests, and to comply with the law; published listings stay in the feed.
- Payment records held by Stripe: Stripe keeps its own records of payments, invoices and reward credits as the law requires it to, under Stripe's privacy policy. When you delete your account, we remove your saved payment methods and your name, phone number and addresses from your customer record at Stripe; Stripe keeps your email address, invoices, credit entries and our former account ID for you, so that a payment that arrives after the deletion can be recognized and refunded.
- Records of account deletions our team carries out: 24 months, then deleted. If the deletion canceled a subscription, the record of the confirmation email also shows which kind of reason applied, and is kept as long as other records of subscription emails.
- Communications: as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of it.
- Technical logs: for the limited period our hosting and database providers keep them.
Your rights and choices
We give these rights to every member in the United States, wherever you live:
- Know and access. Ask what personal information we have about you and get a copy. You can download it yourself any time as a JSON file in Dashboard > Account > Download my data.
- Portability. That download is in a common, machine-readable format.
- Correct. Update your autofill details in Dashboard > Profile, and your display name and email choices in Dashboard > Account. To change the email address you sign in with, use "Change sign-in email" in Dashboard > Account: we email you confirmation links, and the new address takes effect once you confirm. Our emails, including subscription emails, then go to the new address. Stripe's receipts and its billing portal login keep using the email address on your billing record at Stripe. You can also ask us to correct anything else.
- Delete. Delete individual entries and favorites, your autofill profile (Dashboard > Profile), or your whole account (Dashboard > Account). You can also ask us by email to delete your account: once we have confirmed that the request comes from you, our team deletes it the same way, and we keep only the records described in "How long we keep personal information".
- Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. We do none of these, and we honor GPC automatically.
- Marketing email. Turn marketing email on or off in Dashboard > Account, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, including the weekly email of new sweepstakes. Unsubscribing with the link stops all marketing email to that address, from your account too. You will still receive emails about your account and subscription. To have a weekly email signup deleted altogether, ask us at support@evolve-group-llc.com; we then keep only the fact that the address unsubscribed, so we never email it again.
- Local-only mode. Keep your autofill profile only inside the extension on your own computer. In local-only mode, the profile kept in the extension is never sent to us. A copy you saved in your account earlier stays there until you delete it; when you switch, the extension offers to delete it ("Delete my cloud copy") or keep it.
- Appeal. If we decline your request, you can appeal (see below).
- No discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a different quality of service because you used your privacy rights.
How to make a request. Use the dashboard tools above, or email support@evolve-group-llc.com from the email address on your account with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We operate only online, so these are the ways to make a request. Authorized agents can use the same email address.
Verifying your request. To protect your account, we confirm requests by matching them to your account's email address. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address, or to sign in. We will not ask for more information than we need, and we never require verification to honor an opt-out.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request. We will ask for proof that you gave the agent signed permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly, unless the agent has a valid power of attorney.
When we respond. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to another 45 days), we will tell you why.
Appeals. If we decline your request in whole or in part, reply to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line, or email support@evolve-group-llc.com, within 60 days. We will respond in writing within 45 days and explain our reasons. If you are not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you may contact the attorney general of your state.
Children
The Service is only for adults 18 and older (or the age of majority where you live, if older). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We ask every member to confirm that they are 18 or older when they sign up, and the extension's autofill and our AI field recognition don't work for an account without that confirmation. If we learn that we have personal information about someone under 18, our team deletes the account the same way as Dashboard > Account does; for a child under 13, we do so as soon as we learn of it. As with any deleted account, we keep only the records described in "How long we keep personal information", for the periods given there. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@evolve-group-llc.com.
Security
We protect personal information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (TLS), encryption of stored data by our database and hosting providers, and database access controls (row-level security) that let members see and change only their own records. What the extension keeps on your computer is in Chrome's extension storage and is not separately encrypted; see the Chrome Extension Privacy & Data Disclosure. Access by our team is limited to what is needed to run and support the Service, such as reviewing submissions, answering support requests and carrying out deletion requests. Card details are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the payment card industry's security standard (PCI DSS); we never receive them.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Information for residents of specific states
California. This policy is written to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act. The categories of personal information we collect, their sources, our purposes, the categories of service providers that receive them, and how long we keep them are described in "Notice at collection" and "How we disclose personal information" above. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit it. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing; we do not. California residents also have the rights listed in "Your rights and choices."
Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws. You have the rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling, and to appeal our decisions, as described in "Your rights and choices." We do not sell personal data, process it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Nevada. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still send a request to support@evolve-group-llc.com.
Washington and other consumer health data laws. We do not collect consumer health data.
People outside the United States
The Service is offered only to residents of the United States. We store personal information in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will tell you by email or with a notice in the Service before the change takes effect, and we will not use personal information we already have in a materially different way without your consent.
