Accessibility Statement
Effective date: November 5, 2026
SweepTakers should be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on our website and in the SweepTakers Chrome extension.
What we do
- We use semantic HTML, with headings, landmarks, and labels that assistive technology can understand.
- We design every feature to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- We give form fields visible labels and describe errors in text, not only with color.
- We choose colors with sufficient contrast, in both light and dark mode, and follow your device's color-scheme setting.
- We design pages to work on small screens and when text is enlarged.
- We review new features for accessibility before we release them.
Known limitations
- Sponsor websites. Sweepstakes entry pages belong to their sponsors, and we cannot control how accessible they are. The autofill assistant can reduce typing on those pages, but you may still need to complete CAPTCHAs, checkboxes, and other steps that the sponsor's page requires.
- Payment pages. Checkout and the billing portal are provided by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own accessibility commitments.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on SweepTakers is hard to use with your assistive technology, or you need information in a different format, email support@evolve-group-llc.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page and what happened. We reply within 2 business days and will work with you to provide what you need, including the information or help you were trying to get.
